Digital art is an artistic representation and practice that uses digital technology as part of the creative process.  In the context of the photographic work shown in this portfolio, it uses a pictorialist post processing approach to interpret and stylize the original image.  The transformation from documentary realism is deliberate and intended to create an artistic impression in the final composition. For me, dabbling in this aspect of photography is about the freedom to explore digital techniques and to just have some fun.
